He Has Overcome
On Christ the solid rock I stand when all the world comes crashing in
I’ll gaze into His face so fair, by faith assured He’s always there
In Christ my hope will not give in to fear and doubt or guilt of sin
For by His blood I’ve been redeemed and I belong to Christ the King
In this world we will have tribulation
In the world we’ll have suffering and pain
But we will not lose heart and we’ll be of good cheer

Christ our Lord, Christ our God, Christ our King
When He returns with trumpet sound
The song of saints will then resound
And sing the song of victory to Christ the Lamb who set us free
